Order Cancellations

Before Installation: If you wish to cancel your order before the installation of equipment or commencement of services, you may do so without any penalty.
After Installation: Once installation or service provision has begun, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be based on the progress and work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Custom Orders: Special or custom orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has started.
Refund Eligibility

Products: Products purchased that are defective or damaged may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Services: Once a service has been fully provided or equipment has been installed, the service fees are non-refundable. However, partial refunds may be granted if the service was only partially completed at the time of cancellation.

Refund Processing
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
